Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share when you contact us, book service, or use this website.
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Texas Air Repair (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit texasairrepair.com, contact us or request service.
Who We Are
Texas Air Repair is a locally family-owned heating and air conditioning contractor serving residential and commercial customers in San Antonio and surrounding communities. We are based at 13131 Lookout Run, San Antonio, TX 78233. You can reach us at 210-380-8000 or info@texasairrepair.com.
Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form, call us or book service, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about your system or the problem you are having.
If you apply for financing, that application is handled by our financing partner, not by us. We do not collect or store your Social Security number, bank account details or credit information.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools automatically record technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit and the site you came from. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described in our Cookie Policy.
Information From Other Sources
If you contact us through a third-party platform such as Google, Facebook or Yelp, we may receive your name and message from that platform. We may also receive information from mapping and lead services that connect customers with local contractors.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, confirm your appointment and dispatch a technician
- To prepare estimates and invoices, and to process payment
- To contact you about an appointment, including confirmations, reminders and dispatch notifications
- To follow up after a job, including requesting a review
- To send maintenance reminders, seasonal offers and other marketing, where you have agreed to receive them
- To keep records for warranty, permitting and insurance purposes
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with the law
Dispatch Notifications and Technician Tracking
When a technician is dispatched to your appointment, we may send you a notification with a link that lets you view the technician’s location while they are on the way. This feature shares our technician’s location with you. It does not track your location. The link is intended only for the customer on that appointment and stops showing the technician’s location once the visit is complete.
Phone Calls and Text Messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request, appointment or the work we performed. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing calls and texts are separate. We will only send those if you have specifically agreed to receive them, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP to any text or by telling us on a call. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages about a job you have booked.
Calls to or from our office may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and, where you have consented, support advertising. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that run our website, scheduling and dispatch software, payment processing, email and text messaging, and analytics. They may only use the information to perform that service for us.
- Financing partners. If you apply for financing, your application goes to the lender you select.
- Equipment manufacturers. To register warranties on equipment we install.
- Permitting authorities. Where a job requires a permit or inspection.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose by law, subpoena or court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep service and invoice records for as long as needed to honor warranties, meet tax and insurance obligations and comply with Texas law, which in most cases means at least seven years. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive information by email or through the website forms.
Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete information, subject to records we are required to keep
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP
- Ask us not to sell or share your information for targeted advertising

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
