Need Help With a Sudden AC Breakdown?
If your AC stops cooling, call us to check the next available appointment. Tell us whether the system has stopped completely, is leaking or keeps shutting off. After-hours visit fees differ from regular-hours fees; we explain the applicable charge when you book.
An isolated fault does not automatically mean you need a new AC. Compare the repair price with the system’s condition, repair history and any remaining warranty. If breakdowns keep returning or a major repair is difficult to justify, a free AC replacement estimate gives you another option to consider.
Restricted airflow, control problems and faults in the cooling equipment can produce similar symptoms. A system check is more useful than replacing parts based on the thermostat reading alone.
How much is an AC repair visit?
The repair quote fee is $89 during regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., waived with repair. The fee is $189 after hours and $289 after 9 p.m. We confirm the applicable charge when booking; repair work is priced separately.
Can I get a second opinion before replacing my AC?
Yes. We offer free second opinions and free new-system estimates. Share the original diagnosis or quote when you contact us.
Should I book maintenance if my AC has already stopped cooling?
Tell us about the breakdown when you call so we can arrange a repair assessment. A routine tune-up and troubleshooting an active fault are different visits.
Do I need to confirm my appointment?
Yes. Please confirm your appointment so your technician can be dispatched. You will be notified when the technician is on the way and can view their location.
