These Terms of Use govern your use of texasairrepair.com, operated by Texas Air Repair (“we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What This Site Is For

This website provides information about our heating, air conditioning, air duct and dryer vent services for residential and commercial properties, and lets you request service or an estimate. It is an informational and contact tool, not a service agreement.

Requesting Service Is Not a Contract

Submitting a form, calling us or booking online is a request for follow-up. It does not create a binding agreement and does not guarantee an appointment time or arrival time. A service relationship begins only when we confirm the appointment with you and, where applicable, you approve a written estimate or work authorization.

Appointments must be confirmed before a technician is dispatched. Once dispatched, you may receive a notification that lets you view the technician’s location while they are on the way. Arrival times depend on technician availability, traffic and the work required on earlier appointments.

For urgent problems, calling 210-380-8000 is the best way to check current availability. A form submission is not monitored as an emergency channel.

Estimates, Fees and Pricing

Any prices, fees, promotions or figures shown on this site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Repair visits may carry a quote fee, and after-hours visits may carry a different fee. We confirm the applicable fee when you book.

Actual pricing depends on the equipment, the condition of the system, the property and the work required. It is confirmed in a written estimate before work begins. Promotional offers may have conditions and expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.

We do not install customer-supplied equipment.

Financing

Financing offers shown on this site are provided through third-party lenders. All financing is subject to credit approval and the lender’s current program terms, which may change without notice. Texas Air Repair does not make lending decisions. Please review the lender’s terms before you apply.

Information on This Site Is General

Articles, guides, FAQs and troubleshooting tips on this site are general information only. They are not a diagnosis of your system and are not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified technician.

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant under pressure and, in some cases, combustion and carbon monoxide. Do not open equipment panels or attempt repairs you are not qualified to perform. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility and 911. If there is smoke or fire, leave the area and call 911.
